We measure the impact of all our training. Among other things, our clients feel they become more efficient, get the right things done, increase their confidence and feel less stressed. On average, our participants improve a number of important leadership qualities – for example the ability to make decisions, set goals, delegate and be creative – by around 20 per cent.
